Iyengar Yoga is an active, “powerful” form of Hatha Yoga, focusing on accuracy, safety and aligning the body within each posture for a well balanced and strong body.
A challenging, inspiring and varied curriculum with a balance between action and relaxation. After a yoga class, you will feel good, cheerful, and energetic. The classes are taught in Dutch and English. We offer various types of lessons and services: Beginners, advanced and people over age 50, healing lessons, morning, lunchtime, and evening classes, medical advice and private lessons.
The studio is equipped with many props and tools (mats, belts, ropes, blocks, and bolsters) so that all postures are open to everyone. This is possible through individual attention from the instructor.
