Fitness for Everybody

ProFysio fitness is for everyone. Whether you need to rehabilitate after an injury, want guided training under the supervision of a physical therapist or want to train independently, the doors of our fitness room are open. An important part of our personal training programs are the evaluation moments during and after training. Because of these, you are aware of your progress, and training goals can be approached strategically. The physiotherapist will also advise on warming-up, cooling-down, injury prevention, stretching, exercise and diet.

€ 40,00 per month subscription cost for unlimited training (no sign-up fee, 1 month notice period)

Fifty-Fit Training

Fifty-Fit circuit training is a tailored group sports program for people over 50. As a group, you’ll exercise safely, always under the guidance of a physiotherapist, and along with your peers. This training will help you to improve your overall fitness level in a relaxed environment with time for social contact.

Why exercise at your age?

Exercise is very important, especially for seniors and may have a preventive role in various diseases. Frequent exercise increases mobility, coordination, strength, endurance and agility. After the warm-up, follow the course set by the instructor, which consists of a combination of exercises. These include floor- and strength exercises as well as cardio equipment. A group cool down with stretching exercises concludes the varied lessons.

Optimal Health Training

ProFysio offers a fitness program that targets the participant’s optimum health in approximately three months.

Our program is perfect for anyone who wants to prevent the recurrence of sport/work related injuries and wants to improve their overall level of fitness.

Personal & Goal Oriented

During the intake, we look at your overall level of fitness. The results of this are the basis for your fully customized training program.

Professional Supervision

All training takes place under the supervision of a physiotherapist.

In our renovated fitness area you will be introduced to a variety of professional exercise equipment to work on fitness, strength, posture, stability and injury prevention. To ensure continuity, you can also train outside the supervised training hours. Sports massage and yoga classes are also offered at ProFysio.
