ProFysio fitness is for everyone. Whether you need to rehabilitate after an injury, want guided training under the supervision of a physical therapist or want to train independently, the doors of our fitness room are open. An important part of our personal training programs are the evaluation moments during and after training. Because of these, you are aware of your progress, and training goals can be approached strategically. The physiotherapist will also advise on warming-up, cooling-down, injury prevention, stretching, exercise and diet.
